In my previous experiences, customer service used to be my nightmare, let's say endless email threads, missed texts from angry customers, and social media comments blowing up our feed. Then, a colleague suggested Glassix, and let me tell you, it's such a blessing. Everything – emails, texts, website chats, even those crazy Facebook messages – all in one place, in one inbox! No more application switching and no more frantic searches for that missing message. We've also saved very much time. With their AI chatbots, I actually say, they are indeed helpful! We built one to handle those very common questions, and it's been a lifesaver. Customers get their answers fast, even after hours, and we're free to focus on more complicated stuff. There might also be some improvement in the system, like setting up a specific feature, which made me think heavily about how, but guess what? The Glassix customer support team is simply amazing! They are very fast to approach and they explained everything in easy-to-understand terms, and had us back on track easily. Honestly, Glassix has been a game-changer for our customer service. We're giving our customers a way better experience, and we're saving ourselves a ton of stress. If you're feeling overwhelmed by customer messages, do yourself a favor and try Glassix. Trust me, your future self will thank you!

What I really liked most about Glassix is its well designed and organized User Interface (UI). Before, it was a struggle to keep up with emails, texts, and chats. Now, everything is already in one place – one inbox for every category! No more changing of applications or missing of messages. It's a lifesaver, and customers seem satisfied. It is such a big win and a must try!

Cons

Glassix's system is great, but there are also some improvements that can be applied for more customer satisfaction. In their login page, I have observed that the website is using password plus the one-time pin (OTP) for authentication. For me, it can be further improved if Google Authenticator or other similar applications will also be utilized for stronger sense of login security.

Even though I used the 30-day free trial, I was able to witness first hand how efficient and user friendly Glassix was. This app is so easy to set up and use and it can be used as a customer support tool. Once I can afford it I'll be using it again. Highly recommended!

It has an all-in-one-stop shop for accessing messages across different social media, the app is user-friendly, easy to set up and use, it has AI tools like chat GPT 4 for customer support, and the communication interface is fast, seamless, and practical. The conversational tools have been super helpful in handling frequent questions, and the fact that it is a single platform for all channels makes navigation a piece of cake.

Cons

The price isn't up to my budget, the GPT 4 feature needs a little improvement. These are minor issues, but I would still recommend Glassix to others.
