What I liked most about Glassix is its interface and navigation. The Glassix is very user-friendly and I can easily navigate its features even though it is my first time to use the software, I find it very easy to understand how its features and icons work. I'll definitely recommend this software for someone like me who wants their work files, schedules, engagements, and other work-related data organize plus it has a clean layout and modern design that help me a lot in performing multiple tasks efficiently.

Cons

One thing I noticed in Glassix that still needs improvement is its limited customization. A lot of complex businesses that demand highly specific workflows, an additional flexibility and customization capabilities will definitely help them. Glassix may consider accommodating this one.

What I like most about Glassix is the omnichannel integration, which assisted me with supporting customers with the various communication channels \_ live chat, email, social media, and more into a single interface. This integration overcome the need to switch between platforms, enhancing prompt response to customer issues and a consistent positive customer experiences.

Cons

I am having issues with understanding all of the Glassix features because it is complex Hopefully with time I will, but it's time consuming and frustrating.
