Despite the issue I have with understanding its complex features, my overall experience with Glassix has been largely positive. It has improved efficiency of managing customer interactions and overall support process.

Pros

What I like most about Glassix is the omnichannel integration, which assisted me with supporting customers with the various communication channels \_ live chat, email, social media, and more into a single interface. This integration overcome the need to switch between platforms, enhancing prompt response to customer issues and a consistent positive customer experiences.

Cons

I am having issues with understanding all of the Glassix features because it is complex Hopefully with time I will, but it's time consuming and frustrating.

Overall, this app is very recommended especially for those who handle multiple business accounts across social media platforms. Though I only had 30 days of experience (because of the free trial), it is enough for me to testify how efficient Glassix is to use. I will be availing again once I can afford it already.

Pros

The best feature for me is the integration of messages across different apps into one inbox. As a student in this digital world, I utilize a lot of apps for communication, but it gets tiring to switch apps and check frequently. It also looks messy in the notification bar whenever there are notifications from different messaging apps. Additionally, it is user-friendly and cost-effective as it has lots of features such as automation, GPT-4 chatbot, etc. in just one app.

Cons

Though it is an amazing app that helps with efficiency, it isn't within my budget, so I hope they would make a subscription tailored for a student's budget because this app will not only be helpful to business owners or companies, but students too.

My experience with Glassix has been wonderful,hence I saw the need to drop my review so that every person can know how convenient using Glassix is.

Pros

What I like the most about Glassix is the convenience and speed of communication we enjoy at the office now. Amongst other things, client interaction has never been easier.

Cons

I joined in the set up process and it was not a fun process at all. We had to set up on our own so we had to put in time and effort to ensure we get the set up right. But moving on, there has been no glitch.

Reason for choosing Glassix

I just heard about Glassix from a friend so I just purchased specifically with Glassix in mind.
