Isso é incrível =DEncontrar candidatos antigos e suas informações no processo;Reaproveitamento de candidatos de um processo anterior com as informações que ficaram salvas;Aproveitar banco de talentos;Incluir requisitos para uma determinada vaga;O produto atende várias dores de Recrutamento e seleção;

Pros

O controle do programa de indicações interno;É possível o recrutador acompanhar o processo dele e de outras vagas de outros colegas de trabalho, caso precise de apoio;Os gestores ou avaliadores podem ver as considerações de cada entrevista;Conseguimos gerar relatórios semanais de cada vaga.

Cons

SLA poderia ter um campo com a data para o recrutador encontrar a antiga vaga que trabalhou. E uma outra forma de editar esses dados, que algumas vezes o perfil muda, a posição também. Ex.: A vaga foi aberta como expansão e virou substituição.

Percebi que os processos ficam mais rápidos devido a facilidade de achar o talento no LinkedIn e já aparecer na própria ATS, poder movimentar os candidatos de acordo com as fases nos processos.

Pros

Produto fácil de usar, agilidade nos processos seletivos, na busca por talentos, assertividade.

Cons

Ele possuir uma visão não somente de ATS, mas de CRM, onde seja possível administrar não somente os talentos, mas também as empresas que são nossos clientes, já que também atuamos como consultoria.

O produto é fácil de usar, bastante customizável. Temos de fato um suporte que funcione e que resolva os problemas encontrados. A visibilidade de dados é bem customizada e útil.

Cons

O software ainda precisa evoluir, ainda não temos uma plataforma robusta de testes, por exemplo. A forma como fazemos a gestão do candidato com comentários anteriores facilitaria muito a visibilidade do processo
