Pros

What I liked the most about Spot Booker is the simplicity of use and the intuitiveness of the solution.

Cons

There isn't really cons, they're only points to improve. The visual may seem a little too simple and the colors too punchy.

Pros

Meeting rooms are easy to book, and you can easily add the reservation details to your calendar...and also even add the meeting guests if needed.

Cons

Even though we enter our email during the reservation, we're still asked at the end if we would like to have the booking in our calendar. I think it should be sent automatically to the person booking...and of course we should have the option, as it is already, to add meeting guests or not.

Je ne connaissais pas du tout ce type de logiciels de gestion de salles et j'étais sceptique au début mais l'expérience m'a fait changer d'avis et c'est super pratique ! Je ne suis pas l'admin mais je suppose que pour eux ce logiciel est encore plus important. Top !

Le grand plus de Spot Booker, c'est de pouvoir rechercher en temps réel les salles de réunion disponibles, selon nos propres disponibilités et la capacité de personnes requise. La réservation des salles se veut très efficace, et peut se caler dans notre agenda !

Cons

L'interface affichée sous forme d'un calendrier est très intuitive et efficace. Si je devais donner une piste d'amélioration, cela concernerait plus le design de l'application, qui peut toujours être amélioré !

On gagne beaucoup de temps pour la réservation des salles et surtout les salles qui sont réservées sont vraiment occupées maintenant ! Depuis que spotbooker est en place, on a plus de disponibilité dans les salles.

Pros

Nous utilisons spotbooker dans l'incubateur dans lequel nous sommes ! Depuis sa mise en place les réservations de salles de réunion sont devenues un vrai jeu d'enfant. La fonctionnalité de check-in est un vrai plus, grâce à elle on en a enfin fini avec les salles de réunion qui sont réservées sans personne à l'intérieur!

Cons

Rien de particulier, l'outil réponds vraiment à toutes mes attentes! Une personnalisation graphique un peu plus poussée de l'interface aurait été la cerise sur le gâteau.

SpotBooker has radically simplified how we manage our meeting spaces. Before, coordinating these spaces was a constant headache; now, everything is centralized and easy to manage. This has freed us up to focus on more strategic tasks.What we gain with SpotBooker is time and peace of mind, knowing that our meeting space management is in good hands.

Pros

What I appreciate most about SpotBooker is its ease of installation and use. Setting it up was a breeze, and it smoothly integrated with our existing company processes. The interface is intuitive, which allowed all users to quickly get the hang of the product.In terms of features, real-time booking and availability management have had the most impact for us. SpotBooker has not only streamlined the booking process but also eliminated double-booking incidents.

Cons

Honestly, it’s hard to find drawbacks with SpotBooker. If I had to be extremely nitpicky, I’d say that an option for more flexible recurring bookings could be a nice addition. However, it’s not a deal-breaker, and we are very satisfied with the solution as it is.

We chose SpotBooker mainly for its simplicity and reliability. Competing solutions seemed overly complicated or lacked some essential features that SpotBooker offers natively.
