They kept having problems with bookings not showing up until 24 hours later, bookings suddenly disappearing even though the customer didn't cancel, and duplicate bookings. Support was terrible, and they couldn't fix the problem, and couldn't tell the customer how to turn off the channel manager. It was seriously impacting their business. They moved to a different service, and that service helped them turn off e4jconnect, even though it wasn't their product, and even though the customer hadn't even signed up for this new service yet. Pros Automates booking between vik booking and booking.com. When it works properly, it provides a good service. Cons Bugs and poor support. Continually had issues with the product, and support was always very poor or non-existent. After reviewing your case, as you also said, we found the issue was related to a domain change that affected your Channel Manager settings. There were no bugs or system faults involved, but unfortunately this configuration change was not identified promptly by either side. Our documentation does highlight that environment changes require updating certain settings to ensure proper syncing with booking channels. We will work on making these procedures clearer and more visible to avoid similar confusion in the future.
