Desde que lo contraté el soporte y la asistencia fue fabulosa. El proceso de onboarding es super ordenado y profesional. Antes de Outtrip no utilizábamos ningún otro software, entonces el trabajo de digitalización era muy desafiante para nuestro equipo. Lo hicieron super simple y la verdad estoy muy contenta. En lo que respecta al software en sí, es muy intuitivo. Fácil de usar y lo están actualizando y añadiendo mejoras constantemente.

Pros

Me han gustado varias cosas, pero las dos principales es la facilidad de uso y la asistencia al usuario que ofrecen. Cualquier duda o asistencia me responden en cuestión de minutos.

Cons

Todavía hay algunas integraciones que me gustaría que tengan, por ejemplo envío de email marketing automático.
