Contactbox is a CRM solution for professional contact management with a focus on small and growing companies. The CRM is characterized by a classic design and a high degree of customizability. Together with comprehensive support, this makes CRM implementation much easier. The system is GDPR-compliant and fulfills the EU Data Protection Act. Contacts and appointments can be synchronized automatically via the systems owncloud®, nextcloud® and the groupware Kerio® Connect. Contactbox CRM is open to all industries. Pros

Als Anwenderin ohne technischen Hintergrund schätze ich an Contactbox vor allem die einfache und intuitive Bedienung. Die übersichtlichen Oberflächen machen es leicht, sich zurechtzufinden. Neue Kontakte lassen sich kinderleicht erfassen und alle Kundendaten sind gebündelt abrufbar. Auch das Planen von Terminen und Aufgaben geht dank der smarten Kalender-Integration flott von der Hand. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Möglichkeit, Notizen und Dokumente direkt zu Kontakten abzulegen. So habe ich alle wichtigen Infos immer griffbereit. Contactbox erleichtert mir den Arbeitsalltag enorm!

Cons

Manche Funktionen wie die Erstellung eigener Berichte oder die Anpassung von Workflows sind für mich nur schwer zu verstehen. Hier wären mehr Erklärungen und Anleitungen in einfacher Sprache hilfreich. Auch die Einrichtung des Systems war zunächst eine Hürde, da viele Einstellungen und Konfigurationen vorzunehmen waren. Vorgefertigte Mustervorlagen hätten den Einstieg erleichtert.
