I have primarily worked with the Estimate module but also gained exposure to other areas of the platform. The solution offers strong capabilities for cost estimation, project control, and enterprise-wide integration. The available documentation is helpful and supports users in understanding the system. While some processes can be complex, the benefits of having an integrated, cloud-based construction ERP outweigh the challenges, especially for organizations managing multiple projects simultaneously. Pros RIB 4.0 provides a comprehensive, cloud-based platform that supports the entire construction project lifecycle. The biggest advantage is the ability to manage multiple projects within one integrated ERP system while maintaining a single source of truth (SSOT) for project data. The Estimate module is particularly powerful, offering detailed cost planning and a structured approach to managing cost elements. The cloud architecture also improves accessibility and collaboration across teams and locations.
