However, the ATM fees and inactivity charges can be frustrating, and I wish the customer service hours were more flexible. Despite these minor issues, Caxton remains a reliable and secure option for managing money while traveling. Pros What I like most about Caxton is the convenience of managing multiple currencies with ease. The competitive exchange rates are a big plus, and the app is simple to use. I’ve had no issues using the card globally, and the security features give me peace of mind. Their customer service has been great too—always quick and helpful! Cons One thing I like least about Caxton is the ATM withdrawal fees, which can add up when traveling. Also, the inactivity fees are a bit frustrating if you don’t use the card frequently. I’ve found the customer service hours a bit restrictive, especially when in different time zones. Caxton absolutely charge no fees for using ATMs - this fee is taken by the ATM that you are using - and yes we agree its rarer and rarer to find those free ATMs. That's why we offer next day delivery of holiday cash before you go, which you can order from the app. You can also lock in exchange rates with a forward contract on international payments or with a travel savings plan. Previously, I had also regularly used Caxton to settle my large Euro invoices but the impact of Brexit has curtailed my purchases in the EU. My account was still open and a previous sterling sum was still waiting for me. I was able to use my pre-loaded card easily and without problem while travelling abroad and welcomed the opportunity of a great deal. Caxton meets our needs and I feel better customer services. The system is simple to install and apply. It has multiple currencies functions which meets the needs for our international teams. Pros Easy to use, good customer care. I get reply and response quickly from my contact. The system is simple to use and very effective. It saves time and many report options. I feel that this is a best system we have ever. Cons None. I just don't have time to explore other functions yet, but nothing to do with Caxton. I am planning to implement other options and have meetings with Caxton, they all seem good and will help us to improve our system. I just need time and gradually to try them on. I liek the expert knowledge and the friendly helpful answers from \[sensitive content hidden\] when I have a query about timing my currency purchases. The knowledge that he and his colleagues have can't be replicated on an app or a website. Cons The reporting side of things is poor. You really need to be able to generate reports that save time on bookkeeping and to do that a single report showing transactions in and out in date order for all cards and including all forward purchases (i.e. combine the transfers and cards sections and include all cards rather than having to pick one at a time) Switched from [Soldo](https://www.capterra.com/p/194308/Soldo/) Soldo introduced far higher fees and became greedy.
