Overall good potential, and if using for one specific feature, works well enough. If trying to utilize for multiple facets (within a bigger organization), then it gets bogged down and navigation between connected features is not fully developed. Compared to other programs it has a ways to go, but for small businesses, think it would be a great option to manage sales flow and create a catalog of service items.

Pros

The ability to send estimates directly to clients and/or groups, and receive digital approvals really helps mitigate selling work.

Cons

Streamlining of the features - very slow most times in specific features (planner, catalog), as well as saving and backtracking/navigation features are rudimentary and could be improved upon heavily (specifically in catalog, Action items and Customers features)

As a daily user for over two years, I appreciate it's functionality. Creating multiple page or quick proposals are intuitive and and practical. Knowing that a client has viewed the proposal is a huge advantage as well. Additionally, allowing the client to sign on line helps streamline the sales process. It produces clean, organized and professional proposals for the client and helpful interoffice job sheets that help save paper. This tool allows me to be quick with proposals as well, so I appreciate the efficiency. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Pros

Functionality, line items, movable lines, job sheets.

Cons

The search toolbar on the right side. The latest update isn't as intuitive as it was.

Generally it worked well for what we were using it for. The best thing is that it was a great place to keep notes on a project so not only I had them available, but my manager could see them as well.

Pros

It worked well as a dashboard and keeping track of tasks.

There were some additional features I had to request.

PriceTable developers are quick to respond and provide resolutions. Overall I had a very positive experience when I was using PriceTable. It was a powerful tool that helped our small team stay organized.

Pros

Being able to directly apply hours to projects and quotes , and the ability to allow customers to view the quotes, and also being able to quickly and easily run reports for customers for project hours.

Cons

Learning the interface at first, but after just a few hours, it was quite intuitive so I really can't say it was a negative

It was our exclusive CRM and accounting component for several years until we begrudgingly moved to another software because of acquisition. I miss it dearly. Estimates with my new stuff sucks!

Pros

Transparency, ease of use, notifications (!!!), And the time tracking features!

Cons

Nothing! I loved the dagum software and hate every day I'm away from it!

Excellent experience & have alrdy reccomended them to my other buddies

Pros

Quotes are the main selling point of PriceTable as we discussed with the team on our demo call. We were skeptical because we've been on other platforms like Jobber before & we were content.But we are super glad we made the switch because our close rate since switching has been MUCH higher. The quotes are super clean & better yet, we get 1-on-1 calls with the team to have PriceTable better suite our needs.Overall excellent experience & would highly reccomendIt's crucial to our team to have an app that we can use on our phones. Our old software did the job but it took a lot of our time playin around with it when we had to use it on the go. We are super hppy we took the leap to PriceTable because it looks just as good on mobile as it does on desktop.Additionally, one thing that MASSIVELY helped retention was the client portal.We actually were able to send clients a link to signup for PriceTable & we decide what information to show them & what to withhold from them. This was extremely professional & the clients were impressedOverall super happy with the experience.Setup took a little bit to get used to but we had plenty of 1-on-1 support

Cons

Not rly any complaints. There were some small things but literally everything we brought up with the team they addressed & fixed
