I find it very easy to navigate such as searching previously reconciled items as well as being able to order information and export very effectively. Pros I find extremely well built for our company use as well as being easy to navigate. I encounter very little problems with this system and if I ever do the customer service is very efficient and good in fixing any issues. Cons Overall I dont have any dislikes with Aurum solutions, I cant really think of any improvements for reporting or our companies use. We went from high-level checks to precise, line-by-line reconciliation with ease. The software is powerful, but the support team is the standout feature. The support we received during the implementation phase was fantastic, ensuring the system was set up exactly how we needed it. Crucially, the post-implementation support has remained just as responsive and helpful. Cons We have no complaints about the software. They are working on getting web-based though in 2026. Having a clear audit is a must for any regulated business, and Aurum does just that. Our team primarily utilizes the Reconciliation Tool to compile daily cash-to-bank reconciliations, and the Financial Reporting Tool to prepare our CMAR reports. As the system administrator for my company, I have found Aurum to be highly flexible and adaptable—its capabilities are truly limited only by your ideas. For instance, when we first started using the system, reconciliations were done manually. After discussions with the Aurum team, we were able to implement automated rules that handle a significant portion of the matching process. This improvement has greatly increased efficiency, saved time, and reduced human error. Overall, Aurum has proven to be a powerful and user-friendly solution that continues to evolve alongside our business needs. Easy to set up new reconciliation accounts that use the same feeds, just different data Cons Can't enter new items without coming out of the account. This is not a showstopper just a minor annoyance.
