I find it very easy to navigate such as searching previously reconciled items as well as being able to order information and export very effectively. Pros I find extremely well built for our company use as well as being easy to navigate. I encounter very little problems with this system and if I ever do the customer service is very efficient and good in fixing any issues. The support we received during the implementation phase was fantastic, ensuring the system was set up exactly how we needed it. Pros We have been using Arum solutions for our nominal ledger reconciliations for just over a year and from implementation through to their customer support we have been blown away. Their attention to detail through implementation and training has made us quite self sufficient, but any time we reach out with a question, the team cannot do enough to help us. Pros The application itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The ability to create your own match rules gives end users the freedom to design the rules to suit our requirements. Having a clear audit is a must for any regulated business, and Aurum does just that. The post implementation support provided by Aurum is first class, always keeping me informed of progress with an issue. Cons There was little to dislike about the product and support team.
