eposbuddy is reliable for our business to accept and process various transaction type without issues.

Pros

eposbuddy really has restructured on how we are running our architecture business. It has smoothing the operation and streamlining daily operation. Payment management to accept client payment from different currency is their strongest point. All features is available on the main dashboard, make it easy to use and navigate between all different tools and expedite the work.

Cons

Some lagging issues during peak hours is the things that need to be improved. It is quite annoying when the system frozen and need to restart my hardware for it to working properly again.

Pros

eposbuddy customer support services are the topmost we have experienced. Its ease of customization and use made it fit perfectly with our restaurant management needs. eposbuddy help us offer our customers with a smooth online reservations and ordering experience. eposbuddy swift integration with payment products made it easy to process order payments.

Cons

No problems faced with eposbuddy so far. It has not given us any troubles to complain about.

Pros

Retail transaction is now easy after using eposbuddy. Setup instruction is simple to follow and can be complete under one hour. Loyalty program is available to reward loyal customer with discount and price cut every time they make a minimum amount purchase.

Cons

No dislike about eposbuddy. Customer support is helpful and fast in solving issues with the POS system.
