  • Eposbuddy offers great value and reliability, helping us improve decisions with smooth order processing, payments and customer communication, making it ideal for our sales team.

  • The best thing about this platform is that it works smoothly. It's just easy to use amazing.

  • An exceptional use interface equipped with the best features for best customer hospitality and receiving payments. It is supported on all devices even my android phone, hence easy to use.

  • This software helps us with payment processing , it is easy to use given its good UI , good for online reservations and bookings which has helped us increase on our bookings.

Cons

  • It some times lag during usage of long hours which can be frustrating.

  • The user interface is a bit boring and no option to change the theme color. Interface customization will bring more values to the product.

  • The sales pitch was misleading with many features that were demonstrated to us as selling points not included in the purchase, I was not aware of this at the time of purchase.

  • Unfortunately we have a lot of stock - over 1000 items, its been painstaking to add them all on and create barcodes for each item.

"Enhance payment process and sales management"

Overall: eposbuddy surely making POS management easy, especially with its sales analytics program that show real-time data to give full control and insight to business admin.

Pros: Retail transaction is now easy after using eposbuddy. Setup instruction is simple to follow and can be complete under one hour. Loyalty program is available to reward loyal customer with discount and price cut every time they make a minimum amount purchase.

Cons: No dislike about eposbuddy. Customer support is helpful and fast in solving issues with the POS system.

"POS system that actually worked well"

Pros: Solve issue with freezing screen on POS terminal that I experience with previous POS system. Easy to check current inventory and tally it with website stock. Responsive interface on touchscreen, I don't have to keep pressing the button 2-3 time before it register what I am touching.

Cons: No issue for me. Every tools and features that they provide work wonderfully.

"Till system overhaul - A world of change."

Overall: We have managed to increase our revenue, & are now in the process of implementing new systems that the advanced features offer.

Pros: Cost - Epos buddy is a cheaper overall then our previous supplier. With a range of benefits. We are getting more, for less.

Cons: Some aspects are fairly technical, our previous manager did not see the benefits of using them. Fortunately our new manager has been able to grasp a range of new features & is beginning to make use of them.

"Improved financial stability using eposbuddy."

Pros: Its various features has helped the company in achieving an improved financial stability and development through its reliable point of sale platform it got, an effective faster payment processing i have used in processing transactions and managing invoices and bills with various clients. They have got a good customer care services they render. Simple to use with detailed dashboard that has all transactional activities. It is less costly for me.

Cons: It has no feature that i like least since using this software, no cons.

"No glitch processing my payment."

Overall: A reliable platform have used for the processing of my various transactions without any form of glitch.

Pros: I can process my payment with ease without any delay which i so much like about this software since i have been using it. Its customer service support has been helpful when the need arises. Its dashboard also has the various detailed transactional records have made which helps in keeping records and issuing of receipt easily. Easy to use for me. Its a perfect software for me, kudos to the developers.

Cons: It does what i expect it to do so no issues using this software.

Overall: eposbuddy is one of the greatest innovative software that I have recommended to our client who operates a restaurant and food chain. The eposbuddy helped them solve the kitchen order management very effectively and efficiently. The user interface is very clean and intuitive, and our chef could easily understand the interface and delivers the orders on priority. We have clocked the ROI from this product 130%

Pros: eposbuddy is very efficient and quick, helped our kitchen staff to prepare and deliver food with right speed, order quantity. The layout to display orders in the kitchen is customizable and suitable to modify with our business needs. Also, the setup is very easy and quick. We went live with this software within 2 days.

Cons: I do not see any dislikes in this software for kitchen order management module. The product is perfect, I see minor bugs and I believe these would be resolved with future updates.

"Amazing epos service"

Pros: Excellent service! Really easy to use and great support team. Whenever I have issues they are available to help me. Great experience with them so far.
