Cons Some bit of the UX tweak would be helpful and feedback where necessary was given from time to time. 1) All the customized policies should have a downloadable & editable option to make it more personalized as per company branding & for future reviews. 2) For training campaign, those who are pending to complete it should only be sent a reminder for completion.
