Pros

The ready references of documents, integration of Scrut teammate for providing solutions and support/guidance by a human from the Scrut team.

Cons

The training campaign module - while it's well integrated in the system, it was difficult to pause, revise it.

Nothing from end . POC and Finance team should be available for calls for any queries. For any querries will not get immediate respose. Compare last Year Nikhil was doing good.

The team was always around for any queries we had. They even set up a weekly Google Meet call with their technical team

Pros

Scrut was easy to use, their dashboard is well organized into security and policy goals. They even tell you the percentage of tasks achieved. The cloud security checkup is almost automatic in nature

Cons

Scrut helped us achieve our SOC2 GDPR goals, so I would say that is was vey helpful and focused on the certification

Scrut helped us get our certification extremely fast at a highly competitive pricing that will be difficult to match knowing the output we got from the team.

Pros

Support was great, the team was able to help at every step and make sure we were able to deliver. The platform is extremely simple to use and helps expedite work very rapidly, especially for first timers like us.

Cons

The only potential improvement that I see is that for some review tasks coming fron the audit, as some were not applicable, we had to ask what to do in that case as it is not explained on the platform. But this is very minor.
