This has been a pretty smooth integration, it has been really good to with the Ignite team, and they have helped to make this a smooth transition. They have been supportive and very quick to respond. It has been a great team to work with.

Pros

I really like that all of the employees are able to access their rewards instantly! It has made it a lot easier to reward employees with instant gratification.

Cons

I would like to be able to have more control of the website with the admin access. It would be great to see real time data.

Reason for choosing Ignite

We chose to go with Ignite because of all of the additional integrations they offer. It is a great tool to connect rewards and recognitions with learning and development and communication. There are so many ways ignite can help a company connect with its employees.

Pros

The customer service is amazing! The team is always available to address issues and has timely follow-ups. Their solutions are clearly explained before implementation and they build trust in their outcomes.

Cons

Ignite has been instrumental in helping us build our communication platform for our field team. As we grow and expand our platform we occasionally have issues and the solutions create more issues. It's a work in progress.

Fantastic! Highly recommend the product and the team behind it.

Pros

Customized to our brand not only in aesthetic but also in verbiage and the focus on important touchpoints of our brand's employee culture. The Ignite team behind the scenes are extremely talented and a pleasure to work with - always quick with a response/resolution as needed and offer actionable solutions to both current and future needs.

Cons

More admin functionality would be helpful as a customer/administrator to empower my team to investigate/resolve concerns without needing to tap Ignite team for support. Overall, platform functions fantastically and most "concerns" are just following up on end-user error.

Pros

I love the team we get to work with! While the platform is great, the people are always the best part of what makes our onboarding so seamless. They are on top of any escalation issues and do not hesitate to hop on a call to ensure we get things working for our associates when any issues do occur. We wouldn't want to work with anyone else!

Cons

I do not currently have any cons for Ignite! We do have some bugs/glitches that happen, but they are, in my opinion, always quick to fix the issues.
