Cons Sometimes the scaling of some items on the website aren't amazing, and some things aren't clear to some people without being told. When I'm booking desks and transition to the next day or change my desk there it takes a few seconds every time which is frustrating when you're trying to book a desk for a few weeks. When I open the app it seems like the log in page loads in multiple times before finally working. Pros I like how the bookings are cancelled if someone doesn't check in. Automatically booking the same desk of the previous week for the next week. Cons When I'm looking at the plan of desks, I have to hover over each individual desk to see who has booked it rather than the names coming up automatically on the plan of desks. Pros It simplifies desk and space booking by offering real-time availability. The integration with Outlook is also a plus for keeping everything in synced. Cons There was a time when I booked a seat but the number that appeared booked was not correct that caused a bit of confusion. However, that never happened again when it was reported to the support team. Pros The floorplan map which makes it easy for everyone to visualise exactly which seat they've booked themselves into. Cons Sometimes you have to click on buttons two or three times to select the option you want, and cancelling a booking isn't a very intuitive process as the delete button is at the top, rather than customary UX location of bottom, of the screen.
