"Possible improvements to be done in Hybrid Hero"

**Overall:** Good except for the cons mentionned above that need correction. They seem minor but have an impact on the trust people have towards a toll such as Hybrid Hero.

**Pros:** Valuable, easy to use, intuitive interface. I work for BRP and it its the first time I am using a tool like this one.

**Cons:** As part of our cybersecurity awareness activities at BRP, we reviewed the user experience of Hybrid Hero and identified a few communication‑related inconsistencies that may affect the clarity and trustworthiness of the platform for end users. We wanted to share these observations to support a more coherent and professional experience across all languages and touchpoints. Below are the main issues identified (with screenshots sent to \[sensitive content hidden\] for reference): Spelling mistakes in English, such as the use of “Longin into” instead of the correct “Log in to.” Mixed-language (“franglais”) messages, where certain interface elements appear in two languages instead of consistently displaying only the language selected by the user. This issue occurs across language selections at BRP: only the sentence under the subtitle appears in the user’s chosen language, while the rest remains in English. Missing visual elements, including the absence of the Hybrid Hero logo on the confirmation page, unlike the main access page which includes the logo and reassures users that they are interacting with the correct platform. While these issues may seem minor, they may lead to user confusion or reduce confidence in the platform, especially in a cybersecurity and compliance‑sensitive environment. "Great hot desking service"

**Pros:** Very easy user experience, customizable and reliable. Booking desks, rooms and parking is very straightforward and enables employees to focus on what is important.

**Cons:** The mobile app interface needs some polishing, transitions sometimes are not smooth and the scrolling doesn't necessarily works, thus not allowing you to see the whole plan.
