Pros

  • Our Team is very much friendly with this POS software. Our team is much more happy with the Posist internal team as well very supportive members in the Posist team.

  • The cockpit app is amazing. Furthermore, the implementation is great and clear - it all comes down to the person presenting.

Cons

  • Need to work on bill printing templates as making changes is difficult.

  • Inventory Reports are very difficult to track.

"Posist for Roche and Kyo ordering"

Overall: Overall it's a great application to use and the best part is that it reduces our load upto a great extent which makes it one of the best application in the market.

Pros: The application is very assiative when we talk about order punching, reporting, data genration etc. We check Daily sales datiled report, daily collection breakup report for daily reporting. Posist being on cloud is very good as there is not dependency on local server. QR app being used helps us to boost our sales as customers can place orders directly by scanning the QR code. Discounts are also bein used by us like we have Family Discount, staff discount and aggreagtor specific discount also.

Cons: Though everything is good, it will be better if we had free choice to setup our bill print as per our choice. Now we have few options to choose from.

"Software review by Banjara Restaurant - Goldfinch"

Overall: Order landing directly on Pos. Marking the oder ready for pickup. Detailed reporting. Cockpit app for quick information about business. Overall, using posist has reduced our burden of managing the orders and we can utilise that time in other things.

Pros: We are able to manage our orders from Swiggy and Zomao very easily as it is landing directly on our Pos system, this a great relief as previosly we used to punch oders manually. Managing order pickup is also great as we don't need to use any other application, with posist we can mark the order ready for pickup. Reports are also details with information of each and every order that came from aggegators.

Cons: Everything is good, one thing could be better if there was one screen to settle all the oders/bills without the need of cosing each bill seperately.

Pros: We have multiple Loyalty Integrations in Posist, and In those integration we have Real time syncing functionality and Centerlized Dashboards.

Pros: Recently we integrated Keeta integration With POSist multiple chain outlets and we sucessfully done it without any failure thanks to posist team

Cons: No dislikes 100 recommended specially for integrations in cloud kitchen setups

"Goldfinch Delhi review of Posist"

Overall: We are happy using Posist as it has reduced our load in managing online orders.

Pros: Managing online ordering through multiple channels is ver easy. Reporting page with multiple reports like online ordering report etc. Cockpit app is useful in checking the live analytics. Order Tracker is very helpful in case of offline.

Cons: Need to work on bill printing templates as making changes is difficult.

"Robust Application"

Overall: As we have multiple outets in a single deployment and we can manage their Menu and reports indivitually with Restroworks Cloud Kitchen.

Pros: This application is Simple and easy to use. Easy to learn and teach the team through the Academy Videos. Permission based user access in four level with logs. And support from support team and [sensitive content hidden] have higher tier of technical knowledge.

Cons: Really Helpful team, No Nehgative REview.

"Kitchen Management by Restroworks!!!"

Overall: We are able to manage multiple brands in one system and using just one screen, we are saving a lot of time which could have otherwise been used to manage multi brands. Reporting system is very good with over 200 reports which makes data analysis very easy and very accurate. Order landing and processing is accurate too and helps a lot in speedy operations.

Pros: The application is very useful and wasy to use. We can manage multiple brands very easily on one screen, the way brands are differentiated by Tabs is very unique and works perfectly fine. There is a mobile appp named cockpit which helps us to check realtime sales on our mobile phone which we are using on a daily basis. Order management and integration works great too. [sensitive content hidden] from implementation team and Customer support team is very helpful in case we need any help/assistance.

Cons: Overall it's a great software to use, there is no major issue or disliking but few things here and there which could have been little better. Restroworks is a great application to use.

"Kitchenomiks experience of using Posist"

Overall: We are using posist for punching walkin and online orders in the system. We are generating reports for MIS purpose. We are using posist for getting taxation data and then tax filing. Posist has helped us to speedup our operations.

Pros: We get get detailed reports of all the actions/transactions. Bills can be settled easily within no time. We cannot proceeed and pause a transaction unleass the bill is settled which helps in reducing the chances of errors. Setup is very easy to understand and any new thing can be added quickly. Vishal is always a call away in case we need any assistance.

Cons: We are unable to generate complimentary report in the system seperately, it shows under discount report only.

Pros: This is a perfect application for clous based restro's, We can update, change delete the brand wise menu. Same we can update for the Reciepes as well
