Cons The current multi-terminal synchronization is reliable, but relying on an IoT box architecture constrains flexibility. Moving to a serverless or browser-native synchronization model would remove those hardware bottlenecks. However, the order tracker availability is not there. The hourly check is very helpful too. I check the hourly reports so that I can align our resources. Pros Very good application for a cloud kitchen. I’m very happy that online orders land directly in the POS application. It’s also very easy to integrate Swiggy & Zomato. No orders are missing; I have been using it for the last 7 years. We also use the auto order acceptance setting. The Restroworks Support team is very helpful and available 24\*7.
