Menu Management task has 3 level here in Restroworks, Where we can assign permission for Individual person. Lots of feature which helps us to manage the billing process. We are using this application for almost 5 years and restroworks is simple to use and learn. Team is very helpfull, Specially Rahul Rai and Sanjeev.

No Negative points as of now, Will Share in future if found any. Working Fine for all the points at the outlet.

We are using the application to punch our day to day bills. We are also using Posist to transfer bills to room directly. We are also checking reports on a daily basis.

Pros

Availability of all the options at one single platform makes it very easy, we don't have to login to multiple portals to get the desired data like Reports, database etc. Bills sync Report, KOT report, Bill Void Report, TTR settlement reports are few of the reports which we are referring on a daily basis for smooth operations. Posist being cloud based application, we can manage anything online making it more efficient. Also make advantage of being on cloud is that there is no regular maintenance required which helps us to focus on other important tasks. I would also like to have special mention for \[sensitive content hidden\] as he guided us through every stage with atmost patience. He was always there to assist anywhere needed. Posist Academy is very useful to learn the application at our own speed at our own time, we can always refer academy videos for any queries that we may have. Support team is also very helpful as they are available 24X7 to assist.

Cons

Sometime we face little difficulty to explain our needs/requirements to few team members of support team but some members understand the issue very easily and provide a solution. KOT print failure should be visible on the POS and Reports so that if the KOT is not printed it can be reprinted in order to avoid any issues.

We can activate the passcode security to punch the order and also we can check the human behavior data accordingly and we have the cockpit app to check the sync time sale data in our phone. We can update and arrange the outlet wise menu as well.

Pros

We can manage our restaurant operations efficiently with the restroworks, This helps us to manage our business parallelly with front of the house and back of the house. There are multiple level of security levels which secure our data and also we can check the human behaviour reports with the restroworks. Reports are good and easy to download. Cockpit App is best part of this application which helps and show the sync time sale data in our phone.

Cons

Don't have any issue yet to report with the restroworks. . .

We have the option to create multiple tabs for each kitchen, where we can place individual orders and then check the reports accordingly. We’ve also integrated this with our online delivery partner, and it helps us a lot.

Pros

Since we manage multiple kitchens, I really like the billing interface and the overall ordering process. It makes it easy to place orders for the respective kitchen and then check each kitchen’s collection breakdown and sales count accordingly. The multiple integrations make this better than other applications, and the integration process itself is clearly defined and well documented.

Cons

Sometimes I feel like this process takes far too much time to update, especially while syncing at the format level.
