Could not be worse. They sold me a lifetime license before I ever used it (my mistake for buying). 8 months and hundreds of hours later we have 4 human responses in all of our campaigns.

Pros

Software is horrible. \[sensitive content hidden\] (our \[sensitive content hidden\] account rep) seems like a nice guy, but the company is terrible and their software simply does not work.

Cons

Doesn't work! Then I'm given the runaround for 6 months attempting to get it to work. I'm highly suspicious that any positive reviews they are receiving are fake.

Pretty awful. The support team hardly helped and the platform was extremely buggy. After requesting a refund they made it clear they do not process refunds for anyone.

Pros

Nothing. This platform is terrible. Do not get conned into wasting your money with these people. They're selling you on benefits that don't exist and you will generate zero business from using it.

Cons

The entire platform is buggy, I generated zero business after spending several thousand dollars on the platform. You're better off paying for Instantly or Smartlead. Don't waste your money

The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ support during the first use was really helpful, and we could start quickly on our own, and the customer service is always fast and very polite. I love the templates and the flow editor; they are really awesome, and they save you a lot of time when you have to run your campaigns. Thanks to the precise reporting and to the recommended practices, our engagement rates have gone up ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌significantly.

Cons

Currently,​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ a few advanced reporting filters have been temporarily disabled, and it would be great if we had a few more specific connectors. However, since the pipeline looks good, I am waiting for these to be implemented soon. There are some advanced reporting filters that have not yet been fully developed, and a few specialized integrations would be beneficial. ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌
