0 LEADS. Thats an easy number to understand. Followed all the guidance, even got suggestions with their team, worked with their B2B list which didn't work, purchased our own list - and now we won't hit them all in time. Issues, for example, we were promised out of the box email boxes, with up to 27,000 sends a month. Where in reality, "something happened" and they're no longer providing emails. We purchased the same amount of email addresses, and now we're only able to get ~1,500 sends a month. While the website says emails are ready in 24-72 hours, add two weeks to that figure. They issued a free month for the inconvenience. Emailed the Account Executive, who disappears after you pay, she no longer works there.

Pros

The platform, we believe, does send emails directly to spam folders of people, we believe, might be contacts.

Cons

Over promise with sales and what's published on website versus reality. No way to see what emails were sent. Support leaves one lacking. Four of the people throughout our process have left, clearly in start-up mode.
