It was a very bad experience. We asked for a refund after 3 months. We were promised a much quicker start on our campaigns, but were given no assistance when they didn't meet our expectations.

Pros

From the onboarding standpoint, it has a very clean and clear dashboard. It is very well designed and easy to get started. They offer up onboarding services and can integrate with your domains.

Cons

The onboarding and support has been very poor. When it came time to get help with our campaigns during onboarding and beyond, we saw that their process for developing email campaigns was purely a ChatGPT search. We saw this in a screen share. 4 months in with expert onboarding and campaign creation, we didn't have a single call to show for it.
