BrandBay is actively bringing new features to market and they've been a winner for us. Pros I would have to say that the biggest win for BrandBay is the Cloud Collaboration it employs for my teach. We are spread out all over the US and have not had the opportunity to work in the same office for the last few years. BrandBay keeps our projects organized and on task. I would recommend this to team looking for a remote creative collaboration. Cons At this time Brand Bay was able to deliver all options we've requested for our business. Before we kept information in bookmarks, documents, psd files, and other tools...spread all over the place. BrandBay allow us to keep all of our information in one place that's easy to access and easy to use. Cons I wish there were prompts or a template for assets so that I don't have to refer to already created accounts to make sure I set everything up. They provide a simple yet powerful product for managing a company's or clients' branding assets at an affordable price, which is a rarity in the industry where similar tools cost significantly more than BrandBay. I appreciate the sleek and minimal interface, the ease of creating asset structures in the panel, and the straightforward navigation. It's also simple to share any part of the brand system with clients or other professionals who may need it. Although there are a few areas that could be polished, I think this young product is almost perfect. Love 💚 Cons They have still a few things to improve and other polish, like overall speed and fixing a bit some of the assets like fonts, the possibility to download svg files in different sizes and file formats. I did not like that their free trial was for a bigger package, so when I ended the trial and subscribed for the smallest package, I could not use some features I was already using on the free trial. Ive tried it out and I can see the benfit to it if i wasnt already able to keep organized on my own. Pros I like that I can store photos, graphics, and documents in one place that are related to my brand. Cons To be honest, you could get a flash drive and create folders, which is basically what Brandbay is, an online folder instead of it being on your desktop but its nicer looking. Allows you to share the brand, groups or just assets, ensuring the correct use of the material. Cons So far, the only thing I had problems with that was resolved by support was the brand link that ended up showing Latin characters, causing problems in some browsers. Furthermore, sharing requires a GMAIL or email registered on the Google platform, making it difficult to use. The BrandBay team has delivered on promised product improvements that made my early-adopter investment worth it many times over. The support team has been more than responsive, even reaching out to me proactively, when they noticed I'd had some difficulty with implementation of newly available white label features. They stuck with the issue until it was resolved. As it happened, part of the problem was on my end and part of it was on their end. I've had other support teams get frustrated with such situations, but BrandBay was friendly, upbeat, and happy to help broker a solution. Pros BrandBay allows me to quickly and efficiently share the full range of marketing assets with my diverse independent contractor sales team. Many of the marketing assets we deploy come from third parties and have substantial strings attached - limitations on where and how they can be used. With BrandBay I can be confident that those restrictions have been clearly and accurately communicated on an item-by-item basis, massively reducing the risk of potential misuse.
