Unlike other complex platforms, Relay makes automation feel effortless without sacrificing power or flexibility. Pros Ease of Use – The learning curve is minimal, making it a great choice for both beginners and advanced users. Responsive Support – Whenever I need assistance, the team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Fast Feature Implementation – If I suggest a useful feature, especially small but impactful ones, they often add it to the product. This level of responsiveness is rare. Cons The ability to duplicate or export/import workflows to a different account is not yet available. Adding this feature would be incredibly valuable for automation consultants like me.
