Interesante creo que puede mejorar mucho más.

Pros

Graba las reuniones y puedo compartir el link de la grabación . Puedo buscar palabras clave de mi reunión. Puedo revisar la calificación que da Samu, para mejorar.

Cons

La liga de la grabación dura por 7 días. Algunas grabaciones sale sin calificación.

Hola Katherine, gracias por el feedback. Vamos a revisar para que puedas seleccionar la duración del enlace de las llamadas (en caso que expire puedes compartir y crear uno nuevo). Por privacidad y seguridad le ponemos una fecha de vencimienot. Vamos a revisar lo de las reuniones sin puntaje. Como regla, no puntuamos reuniones de menos de 10 minutos.

Pros

Me encanta que con Samu tengo grabada la reunión para revisar hitos importantes de la misma. Sin embargo, algo que me ahorra mucho tiempo es que transcribe la reunión, la diagnostica y basado el la metodología de ventas que sigo, me ayuda a optimizar los siguientes pasos con los clientes

Cons

Lo que menos me ha gustado, es el tiempo que puede tener acorde a la demanda de Open IA, es normal ya que es un servicio tercerizado.

Por ahora estuvimos con una version de prueba, ahora empezaremos a usarlo en el 2024 con nuestro equipo de Ejecutivos, debería funcionarnos para lo que necesitamos por el momento, asi que bien.

Pros

La facilidad del uso y su rapida instalación. Tiene un UX muy comodo. y aunque le falten funcionalidades todavia, lo que hace lo va haciendo mejor.

Cons

Le hacen falta mas funcionalidades e integraciones, esperemos que sin perder esa facilidad de uso.

Reasons for choosing Samu

Los demas productos aunque con mejores prestaciones que Samu, tiene un precio mucho mas alto, y en algunos casos una UX algo poco amigable. En otro casos que no describo, el software no estaba en Español

Desde que empece a usar Samu la transcripción de las reuniones dejaron de ser un dolor de cabeza, antes me pasada que era tedioso mientas se desarrolla la reunión estar escribiendo para no olvidar ningún punto tratado y luego una vez que se finaliza la reunión lograr procesar todo lo platicado y llevarlo a otros equipos sobre todo si se trata de desarrollos tecnológicos, me costaba mucho hoy con Samu este proceso es mucho mas amigable ya que por medio de la AI, logro obtener un resumen de la reunión y ademas poder analizarla con la metodología Spiced que esto me permite auto evaluar el impacto en cuanto a proceso de desarrollo de la misma y conocimiento del producto.

Pros

En si todo, me encanta que la grabación se inicia de manera automatiza, que trascribe absolutamente todo lo que se habla en la reunión y esto como comercial me ayuda mucho para analizar los paints de la empresa y brindar una propuesta completa sin olvidar nada.

Cons

La única contra que encontré hasta ahora es que Samu ingresa a la reunión y para mi debería estar pendiente de aprobación para que ingrese, sobre todo por que el cliente ingresa despues de Samu y la idea es pedir permiso antes de iniciar a grabar.

Excelente ! No es un secreto para nadie que ver las grabaciones de llamadas comerciales es un embole, con una herramienta como Samu ya lo hace mucho más sencillo.

Pros

El scoring que agregaron recientemente creo que es lo más útil a la hora de analizar cuáles fueron los puntos bajos y altos de cada reunión

Cons

Tener que sincronizarlo constantemente al Google

Samu nos brinda una comprensión profunda del lenguaje utilizado por nuestros clientes durante las llamadas de ventas en español. Esto me ha permitido afinar nuestros mensajes de venta y adaptar nuestras respuestas en tiempo real para abordar las necesidades y “pains” de cada cliente de manera más efectiva.

Pros

Lo que mas me gusta de Samu.ai es como identifica patrones y tendencias en las conversaciones telefónicas en idioma español, sin importar los acentos regionales.

Cons

Creo que la herramienta ha arrancado hace poco y le falta funciones que son detalle y mejorarían la UX, como alertas al email cuando una palabra clave es mencionada.
