I use it heavily every day and I would gladly recommend it to anyone. **Pros:** Really easy to use software for both client and support users, great UI, excellent support. Love that you can now see system info and paste clipboard data as keyboard strokes. **Cons:** The ctrl+alt+del button is too easy to click when trying to select the sub-menu the enters clipboard data as keystrokes. I've had numerous instances where Windows UAC pops up, I misclick on the tiny button to open the sub-menu that contains the function to enter clipboard data as keyboard strokes, accidentally click ctrl+alt+del and it closes the UAC. I've also accidentally clicked the windows+L option above which equally should be in a separate area. If you accidentally click the Windows+L button while you're working on a users machine while they are away, it can be very frustrating if you don't have their password to log back in. Based on your feedback regarding the toolbar UX issue, we've made enhancements to the dropdown menu functionality.
