Generally easy for people to navigate. Cons Analytics was very limited. Would like to see more robust analytics available. Would like to see more interactive mapping functionality, such as walking directions via Google Maps. Would like to see static and dynamic maps native to the app, rather than relying on an internet connection. Integrations were difficult to navigate for set up and what was needed, even with help from team. RD team had a hard time getting on the same page as our eShow integration vendor...one team kept blaming the other. Time zones for events on mobile app are customized to user time zone, but not on desktop version of site, which was problematic for our speakers. Need to try new interface for this year that was recently released, but last year's app didn't allow for very much customization on Dashboard, such as removing Event Highlights. Engagefully ticks all the boxes for us. Pros We love how we can add content to the app ourselves. The training and support that we received from the company was excellent. They are always adding new features to the app following customer feedback. Cons Nothing. The app meets our needs as a membership organisation. Pros We use the app to reduce the need for printed programs. We especially like the ability to update information, allowing for speaker and room changes to be communicated in real time. Participant feedback has only ever been positive, they like the ability to create their own schedules. Cons We would like to develop the networking options but as yet we have not found a way to encourage people to use it. With the addition of the access code login feature, it's much easier to help users troubleshoot and login to the app on site. Cons Not all of the features are terrible intuitive to use. I'd love for the networking and badge scanning/sharing to be more straightforward so that I can roll it out to my not-so-techy audience, and as a value add for my exhibitors and vendors.
