Praticidade na gestão de certificação e melhor monitoramento das áreas.

Pros

a facilidade do módulo de gestão de pessoas, como descrição de cargo, e todas as abas, e muito fácil e útil o link com os documentos dos colaboradores. E não posso deixar de mencionar o quadro de pendencias, que facilita demais o dia-a-dia.

Cons

Na inclusão de treinamentos muitos dados que se tornam repetitivos como por exemplo: Aba Informações "Solicitante" "Departamento do solicitante" / Aba participantes "Superior ou responsável pela eficácia" e deveria aparecer a data da eficácia nessa Aba também.

Olá Mirelle, muito obrigado pela avaliação, ela é muito importante para nós. Sobre as desvantagens que citou na inclusão de treinamentos "Solicitante e Departamento" vamos fazer uma implementação para que o sistema inclua automaticamente o nome e departamento de quem estiver fazendo o cadastro, mas caso estes dados sejam de outra pessoa, bastará alterá-los, assim não terá de selecionar a cada novo treinamento. Só informando, a estrutura foi criada desta forma, pois muitas empresas identificam a demanda do treinamento pelo departamento que fez a requisição, assim estes campos são exatamente para isso e posterior pesquisa refinada, do contrário não seria possível identificar ou pesquisar quem solicitou tal treinamento ou quantos treinamentos foram solicitados por qual departamento. Já na aba "Participantes" sua sugestão de incluir a data da eficácia é muito boa. Vamos implementar (obrigado). Já sobre ter de informar o Superior responsável pela eficácia, não há como o HCSGI saber quem será esse responsável, uma vez que várias empresas possuem mais de um superior (supervisores, coordenadores, gerentes, etc.) em determinados departamentos e ainda com rotatividade. Assim, é necessário informar o responsável por dar a eficácia por cada grupo de colaboradores treinados, inclusive na programação é possível incluir múltiplos colaboradores de departamentos diferentes, e mais, cada colaborador pode ter um motivo para fazer o treinamento diferente: RNC (falha de não conformidade), qualificação, PAD (identificada deficiência) etc. Por isso o sistema é bem flexível e permite que cada empresa utilize o módulo, sem ter de "engessar" sua estrutura para se adequar ao HCSGI, muito pelo contrário. Espero que compreenda que tentamos fazer o máximo para atender a todas as situações e empresas. Nosso objetivo é ter um sistema de gestão rico em informações, objetivo para resultados e fácil de usar, mas para isso as vezes temos de incluir várias informações, pois do contrário não haveria como extrair dados com tantas opções.

O uso do HCSGI torna a implementação e a manutenção do sistema de gestão da qualidade mais eficiente e promove a melhoria contínua dentro da organização.

Pros

Ele permite a integração de diferentes sistemas, como gestão da qualidade, gestão ambiental, saúde e segurança ocupacional, entre outros. Isso reduz a redundância de dados, melhora a eficiência e facilita o fluxo de informações dentro da organização.

Cons

A introdução do software pode encontrar resistência dos funcionários, pois eles precisam se adaptar a novos processos e fluxos de trabalho. A resistência à mudança pode afetar a eficácia do funcionamento.
