Prospeo is my go to for making sure I can connect and further develop my results using the best contact management and I have to say from the beginning I knew that there team are go getter ls who want the best for their users.

Pros

It is a very easy tool to use and helps with all prospecting needs. It has recently been updated with a stronger UI that makes the whole thing so seamless.

Cons

There is little that you couldn’t like about Prospeo - if you use the tool it will work and help you to get to the results you need.

Great experience very reliable. Have searched for multiple leads and Prospeo has delivered every single time. Very handy

Very easy to use, reliable leads with accurate contact information. We can get lead information in just a click of a button. Very useful tool.

Cons

Limited credits. Also sometimes complete contact details are not there. For eg sometimes we get an email id but not the phone number and vice versa

Overall, my experience with Prospeo has been positive. It is a helpful tool for lead generation and prospecting, especially because of its structured database and ease of use. While there is room for improvement in account management, the platform is still effective, practical, and valuable for outreach-focused work.

Pros

What I liked most about Prospeo was its well-structured and highly qualified data. The platform makes it easy to find relevant leads quickly, and the contact information feels organized, accurate, and useful for outreach. It saves time and improves prospecting efficiency.

Cons

What I liked least was the multi-accounting / account management issue. Managing multiple accounts or switching between workspaces can feel a bit confusing and less smooth than expected. Improving this area would make the overall workflow much more convenient for teams.

The ease of navigating the platform as a new user. I didnt have a hard time prospecting, it was very easy to use

Cons

Not seen any yet. However, i feel the credits for getting verified contacts is a bit too much right now.

Helpful. Prospects are valid. Email addresss are most valid and it has overall good experience to use.

Pros

Valid leads. Hundreds of leads and easy to find. Many filter options which can be helpful to search new prospects.

Cons

Few contacts are fake. Few contact details are not valid. Half of them have left the firm so no use contacting them.

Liked more User interface. Seamless to go over every aspect of tools, whether it’s account management, searching, exporting.

Cons

Buying Intent feature is not that accurate. Yes, it’s true I was given many prospects option when I entered my buying intent keyword but none of them were related to my industry

\- This is the best performer in our email cascade for european emails- The email verification system is also top notch, if Prospeo says the email is valid, no need to pass it through Zerobounce or Neverbounce
