I like how easy it is to work with Prospeo and how the secure it is to use it. The Customer Support is really fast and helps in a few minutes.

Pros

I can find nearly every company in the world and research the numbers of that company as well as e-mail adresses.

Cons

Not all the e-mail are verified and work. And there are still a lot of bigger companies that you cannot find at Prospeo.

Pros

Easy to use API with good documentation. Pricing is pay on success only. Onboarding is entirely self-serve and was extremely easy to get the product up and running.

Cons

Poor value if their contact enrichment hit rate is low. We found that Prospeo could only enrich less than 10% of the contacts we provided. Because they charge a minimum subscription fee per month, there would be months where we wouldn't meet this minimum due to their low success rates.

I find Prospeo.io to be a fantastic prospecting tool. I've used it to locate many prospects and their contact info, and the emails and phone numbers are quite accurate. It finds accurate contact info and provides integration to LinkedIn. It's easy to use and very accurate, providing me efficiency and productivity. It's very handy to have all the social media links for each contact. There was no setup required, and it worked immediately once I signed up.

Pros

I use Prospeo.io to locate prospects and find their accurate contact info, and I really appreciate that it integrates with LinkedIn and is very accurate, boosting my efficiency and productivity.

Cons

I wish it had more CEO emails information. Sometimes owners and CEOs are not identified but it does have a good deal of other C Level contact info.

Overall, Prospeo does what it promises: fast email finding with solid verification. It’s strongest for US/UK/EU leads where accuracy is high and bounce rates stay low. The interface is clean and credits are fairly priced vs competitors. I’ve had less luck with African and Asian contacts — more generic emails or outdated roles. Still, for prospecting into developed markets, it’s reliable and saves hours of manual work. Good tool if you know its coverage limits.

Pros

Value for Money: Credit pricing is transparent and competitive. No forced annual contracts, and unused credits roll over, so we don’t feel penalized for slower months. Strong ROI on US/EU leads.Customer Support: Live chat is responsive. I logged a ticket about bounce discrepancies and got a clear answer with export logs within 2 hours. They don’t auto-refund bad data, but support will manually credit you if you show proof.Ease of Use: Dashboard is clean with zero learning curve. Bulk upload, Chrome extension, and API all work without docs-hunting. New team members can run lists day one.Email Management: Built-in deduplication and list cleaning before export saves us time.
