Prospeo is an easy-to-use email finder that delivers fast, accurate results and is great for LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to use. It was beginner-friendly while still offering advanced capabilities and features that made it useful as my skills improved over time.

Cons

I wish I didn’t have to click on the company twice just to access the company contacts. Streamlining that process into a single click would make the experience much faster and more user-friendly.

What I liked most about Prospeo.io is how simple and efficient the entire prospecting process feels. The platform has a very clean UI/UX, so it’s easy to navigate without feeling overwhelmed by too many complicated features. Finding and verifying professional email addresses is fast, and the data accuracy has been reliable compared to many other tools I’ve used. I also appreciate the integrations and workflow flexibility, especially for LinkedIn prospecting and outbound campaigns. It helps reduce manual work significantly and makes lead generation much more organized. Another strong point is the balance between pricing and value. Prospeo has certainly been useful in my activities as an online English tutor. It is essential for me to contact companies throughout Spain to recruit their workers into my English classes. This is made easy by Prospeo since it provides me with appropriate email addresses. Prospeo is simple to use and saves me much time since I would otherwise have to find the emails manually.

Pros

The best thing about Prospeo is its ability to help me find business email addresses for Spanish companies easily. Since I am an online English teacher, it is important that I reach out to companies directly, and the tool allows me to do so quickly by providing me with relevant email addresses. This is very convenient and time-saving for me, and without this tool, it would have been much harder to invite professionals to my class.

Cons

The one and only limitation that I can find in this service is that at times it seems to be concentrating too much on Barcelona when what I actually need are contacts from other cities in Spain. If this scope was widened, it would have been more beneficial for teachers such as myself. The other thing is that the search method should have been made easier.

Pros

Very good and accurate numbers and emails. I like the way the UI is and how can be plugged into Chrome.

Cons

Credits run out and there is no way to feedback if the number or email is wrong. That would be a good thing to add.

My overall experience with Prospeo has been excellent. It has completely streamlined our outbound lead generation process. The messaging is clear, the email management system is lightweight but powerful, and our overall email bounce rate has dropped significantly since we started running everything through their verification tool. It provides incredible value for money compared to much more expensive legacy tools on the market.

Pros

What I love most about Prospeo is its incredible email verification accuracy and its transparent credit system. Unlike other tools that charge you for guessed or unverified contacts, Prospeo only counts truly valid emails. The Chrome extension works flawlessly with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, allowing me to build clean, bounce-free lead generation lists in a fraction of the time. The dashboard is incredibly intuitive and requires zero learning curve.

Cons

The export speeds can occasionally lag a bit when you are pulling very large bulk lists of thousands of leads all at once.

Pros

It's an easy-to-use app with great connectivity to important and real contacts; I like the format and cost.

Cons

I would prefer that the contact be unlocked entirely by credit and not by phone or email; the annual cost doesn't make much difference to me compared to the monthly cost.

I like the UI and the architecture of Prospeo.io because it runs smoothly without much lag. It's very simple and easy to use, with many filters available. I also find it valuable that social media links, like LinkedIn, are readily accessible beside the profiles. The initial setup was very easy, which was great. Using Prospeo.io saved me a huge amount of time and boosted my confidence in reaching out and connecting with people in the industry.

Cons

I think there should be a copy button that copies everything at once. Right now, the current copy functionality is good, but it would be even better if at the end of every profile there was a button to copy the email, name, contact, experiences, everything together.

My overall experience with Prospeo has been very good. I mainly use the API to prospect, find leads, and enrich contact data for outbound processes. It saves time, works well for technical users, and is a strong tool for building automated lead generation workflows.

Pros

I like that Prospeo makes LinkedIn-based prospecting much easier and more practical, especially when using the API. The data is useful for finding leads, enriching contacts, and building outbound workflows without doing everything manually.

Cons

There is not much I dislike so far. The only thing I would improve is having even clearer examples and documentation for more advanced API use cases, especially when integrating it into custom prospecting workflows.

Prospeo is a great alternative to ZoomInfo or Apollo.io if you want accurate technographic data plus contact details in one place.

Pros

I use Prospeo to target companies in Ireland by technology stack, and the results are consistently reliable. The platform not only shows company names and employee counts but also provides verified emails and direct dials, which makes outreach seamless. The subscription is affordable for the value it delivers, and customer support is responsive.

Cons

I have not yet found any cons as still I have not used it to full level. In future If I found it, I will review it again.

It was very positive overall. The emails I got didn't bounce and work well for B2B sales mainly and prospecting.

Pros

The emails I got were quality, the platform is very easy to use also. I like how you can search and find people.

Highly positive, I find it to be one of these easiest sourcing tools to find clean and updated contact/company data in just a few clicks. It saves me a lot of time putting together clean lists so that I can focus my time and energy on outreach

I would recommend it to professionals looking for a reliable contact database and LinkedIn prospecting tool.

Pros

Prospeo is a very useful B2B contact finding and lead generation platform. I liked the simplicity of the interface, the accuracy of the contact data, and the ability to quickly find professional emails and mobile numbers for decision makers across many industries. Pricing appears reasonable compared to similar tools on the market. The "intent" feature looks cool - not 100% how accurate it is, but it certainly looks really cool.

Cons

Some mobile contact reveals can become credit-intensive since phone numbers cost significantly more credits than emails. Like any data platform, not every contact is perfectly accurate or up to date, although overall I found the accuracy to be solid.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. Very comparable to that of a ZoomInfo and it won't break the bank! It truly was a remarkable solution to a lot of pain points.

Cons

You get free credits each month but 10 are required for unlocking a phone number. I would recommend that a phone number should be 5 credits.
