Erg fijne samenwerking met prettig contact. Snelle reacties op vragen en er wordt goed meegedacht om het platform naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Ik zou Welder aan iedereen aanbevelen die betrokken medewerkers wil creëren.

Pros

Het platform zorgt ervoor dat iedereen alle informatie bij de hand heeft en op de hoogte is van de laatste ontwikkelingen. Toegankelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk. Het zorgt ook voor een betere en grotere betrokkenheid van medewerkers.

Cons

Je bent beperkt in de functies van het platform. Het is een one size fits all platform.

Als schoonmaakbedrijf hebben wij veel medewerkers die op locatie werken bij verschillende klanten. Dit maakt het lastig om hen te betrekken en te binden. Welder biedt een fijne en complete oplossing voor dit probleem.

Pros

Gebruiksvriendelijk: De app is eenvoudig in gebruik en heeft een duidelijke interface. Flexibel: De app kan volledig worden aangepast aan de behoeften van de organisatie. Datagedreven: De app biedt uitgebreide data-analysemogelijkheden.

Cons

Implementatie: De implementatie van de app kan tijdrovend zijn. Wel word er vanuit Welder voldoende handvaten geboden om dit te versnellen.

De begeleiding van de Consultant Kiki en haar collega's was top! De workshops waren leuk, gestructureerd en effectief. Service- en klantgericht, makkelijk benaderbaar voor vragen en denken echt met je mee. Onze Welder applicatie is nu een maand live en wordt zeer goed ontvangen.

Pros

Welder heeft het voor ons mogelijk gemaakt om onze interne communicatie kanalen te bundelen. Waardoor alle relevante informatie voor ons personeel, zowel formeel als informeel op één plek te vinden is.

Cons

Qua vormgeving is Welder soms wat beperkt. Je kan er een goede basis mee inrichten, maar niet heel veel in customizen.
