Pros

Easy dashboard ,great customer service Multiple cards for employees. Helps keep track of spending as well.

Cons

I found out you cannot use this card card for Zelle , Pay pal and a few other things. Fee to activate card.

Very poor overall customer experience. Beware of alot of upfront promises. If you have a p\[problem with billing, be prepared to spend some time getting a solution

Pros

the sales people were nice and promised the cards would be easy to use and flexible and we explained how we needed them to be set up, but they still did not perform as we needed them to.

Cons

It was just for gas, we could not get customer support to help us get the cards opened up for other purchases if we wanted to do so We could not get our banks ACH process to pay Roadflex and after two different banks tried to make it work, with both saying it was on Road Flex's side we tried unsuccessfully to contact their accounting department with no follow thru when we made contact. It seemed like that department was contracted out of the country. Only as of late they said they would take a check but with a fifty dollar process fee. They do not take credit cards.

Pros

The customer services is great! Very helpful with all your card needs.

I like everything about Roadflex. I wished we had used them from day one.

When I first started using Roadflex it was kind of a learning curve getting to know the website but once you get it, understood how to load the card and the monthly fees Everything go from there very simple very good platform that I would definitely recommend to others.

Pros

I most likely love the ease of use that Roadflex provides the expense management is great when trying to scale a small business, such as mines.

Cons

When me and my team first started using road flex it was a learning curve that we had to get used to the maintenance keeping up with the different card numbers and not knowing where we could get service and use the card

OVERALL WELL. I DID REFER A FRIEND AND SHE WAS UBALE TO PROCESS HER APPLICATION DUE TO A PHONE NUMBER VERIFICATION ISSUE ON ROAD FLEX'S BEHALF. ONCE IT WAS VERIFIED, SHE STILL COULDN'T PROCESS THE APPLICATION. I FEEL THAT ROADFLEX SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE INITIATIVE TO CALL HER AND GET HER APPLICATION COMPLETED.

Pros

Easy to use, lots of options for card limitations per card. Easy to reload, and easy to add more employees.

Cons

Monthly detailed statements would be nice. Gas stations limit transactions to $100 for fuel.

Roadflex is the best! Since I’ve been a customer, I am extremely impressed and proud to be apart of this company! Great customer service, fast issue solving, and I love being able to use my fleet card for all my business expenses besides fuel. I rate their business 11 out of 10. Great organization to work with!

I have no dislikes! All positive things! I’ve had no negative experience with Roadflex.

Beat all of our expectations. We've saved a lot of money with RoadFlex, since the day we started with them.

Pros

The RoadFlex team is very responsive. If I ever have any issues, I can always count on their team to resolve within minutes. The solution is very advanced and easy to use. They have physical cards and virtual cards for our drivers. Their platform is also very helpful to understand and track expenses in real-time. We had our cards stolen several months ago. Within a few minutes, we locked all the stolen cards, ordered new physical cards and got all of our drivers virtual cards for their Apple Pay in the meantime.

Cons

Nothing bad to say about RoadFlex. They have exceeded all of our expectations.
