Manager Consumer Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Poor Experience" December 22, 2025 1.0 Very poor overall customer experience. Beware of alot of upfront promises. If you have a p\[problem with billing, be prepared to spend some time getting a solution Pros the sales people were nice and promised the cards would be easy to use and flexible and we explained how we needed them to be set up, but they still did not perform as we needed them to. Cons It was just for gas, we could not get customer support to help us get the cards opened up for other purchases if we wanted to do so We could not get our banks ACH process to pay Roadflex and after two different banks tried to make it work, with both saying it was on Road Flex's side we tried unsuccessfully to contact their accounting department with no follow thru when we made contact. It seemed like that department was contracted out of the country. Only as of late they said they would take a check but with a fifty dollar process fee. They do not take credit cards. Pros I most likely love the ease of use that Roadflex provides the expense management is great when trying to scale a small business, such as mines. We've saved a lot of money with RoadFlex, since the day we started with them. Pros The RoadFlex team is very responsive. If I ever have any issues, I can always count on their team to resolve within minutes. The solution is very advanced and easy to use. They have physical cards and virtual cards for our drivers. Their platform is also very helpful to understand and track expenses in real-time. We had our cards stolen several months ago. Within a few minutes, we locked all the stolen cards, ordered new physical cards and got all of our drivers virtual cards for their Apple Pay in the meantime. Cons Nothing bad to say about RoadFlex. I'm very happy with their pricing and easy to use product for my drivers. Pros Easy to use, my drivers don't have a complicated system or passwords to navigate. Overspending with drivers is no longer an issue. I was able to customize cards to only work at specific places which I thought to be a huge benefit. Cons Nothing so far. Everything was done on-line.
