Der technologische Ansatz ist für die Zukunft sehr interessant und kann wegweisend sein. Pros Grundsätzlich sehr spannender Ansatz und man erreicht dadurch eine neue Quelle an Fachkräften. Gerade für einfachere Tätigkeiten sehr interessant. Cons Leider noch keine Integration in unser ATS, diese sollte aber irgendwann mal kommen. Zudem wäre es gut, wenn wir als Kunde die Analytics jederzeit aktiv anschauen können und nicht nur auf Nachfrage oder aktive Betreuung durch PastaHR. Wir bieten über 40 Integrationen in verschiedene ATS an (siehe pastahr.com/integrations). In der Tat ist euer ATS noch nicht dabei, wir sind diesbezüglich ja aber bereits in Kontakt und sollten bald eine Lösung haben. Wir bieten bereits vollumfängliche Insights in die PastaHR Analytics an, bis jetzt hattest du darauf aber noch keinen Zugriff. Response from Vendor January 12, 2024 Hallo Rouven, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Wir integrieren derzeit mit über 40 verschiedenen Bewerbermanagementsystemen/ATS. Das bedeutet zum Beispiel, dass eine über PastaHR eingereichte Bewerbung vollständig in das Bewerbermanagementsystem/ATS übertragen wird. Allerdings ist es momentan so, dass Änderungen, die im Bewerbermanagementsystem/ATS vorgenommen werden, nicht in PastaHR angezeigt werden.
