Our overall experience is solid results over a long period of time. We have been with WP for a decade, even pre CRM software and they do an outstanding job as a lead generation agency, and the software has become a a great 1 - 2 punch for them.

Pros

Fantastic all-in-one platform that combines lead generation with an intuitive, easy to use CRM software platform. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, with drag-and-drop tools and pre-built templates. 24-7 help to manage the learning curve.

Cons

WP, although customer service focused for the most part is a small company. Also, some of the lead gen packages require big budgets that smaller companies likely cannot afford. Overall the good outweighs the bad and its a solid, affordable lead gen solution coupled with a pretty cool software.

Made the switch from Pipedrive to WP as we have an existing relationship with WP and they agreed to customize some additional solutions for us. We were also able to eliminate combining multiple software subscription and consolidating costs. Plus the lead generation side of WP is a big bonus.
