Their team is very forward-thinking and understands the business very well, instead of just the tech. Cons Honestly, I can't mention any downsides of Lead Prosper. On top of that, the user interface is amazing, and the customer portal for my clients is incredibly user-friendly! In all my years working with SaaS companies, I have never been this impressed. Their account manager helped me every step of the way, making sure all campaigns were going through properly & educating me of every nook & cranny in the software that didn't make sense & I was missing out on. Cons I don't really have anything I least like about LeadProsper except the fact that my setup for some networks was difficult but that was my fault in all honesty & even then the customer support helped me out & everything's smooth & it makes sense now.
