If you're serious about buying, selling, or distributing leads at scale, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LeadProsper. It's one of the best investments we've made for our business.

Pros

LeadProsper has completely streamlined the way we purchase and manage leads. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and gives us the flexibility to control lead flow exactly how we need it. The reporting is excellent, integrations are seamless, and the filtering options make it easy to maintain lead quality. The support team has also been phenomenal. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping their customers succeed.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. Like any robust platform, there is a learning curve if you're taking advantage of all of the advanced features, but the onboarding resources and support team make that process much easier.

Overall, I had an incredible experience. They genuinely moved faster than I, or my lead buyers did, so I was never waiting on them for something. The Customer Portal with Balance Top-Up is a great feature that sets them apart, and it made it so easy to onboard new buyers pretty quickly. The reporting is both simple, but you can drill down as complex as you need it to be in order to debug errors with specific buyers. The support team is super responsive, and in most cases, I had an answer in less than an hour. They've even replied to me on weekends sometimes, which is crazy. This is not your typical vibe-coded slop; this is good, clean, and reliable lead distribution software for those who need the best option and the best support out there.

Pros

Incredible team overall. Super easy onboarding, and the ongoing technical support is unmatched. They helped me set up some very complicated Enterprise Ping/Post buyers with very niche requirements and did it in less than 24 hours when it would have taken me weeks to figure out. They've fixed bugs and implemented new features within hours of me asking, the dashboard is super easy to use, and I found it easy to navigate and find what I needed, always.

Cons

Truthfully, I don't have many negatives to relay here, and the one gripe I did have with some of their reporting dashboards was alleviated in the most recent, comprehensive UI update, which also added a ton of useful new features. So, overall, I can't say I have much bad to say about them

I would say overall, since we do run a lot of lead brokering for MV and home services, it's pretty good. Without a software like this, we probably would have had to hire a lot more staff, so it's pretty good for hands-off infrastructure once it's initially set up.

Pros

Yeah, what I like the most about Leads Prosper was that I was able to fully set up a functional ping tree for my MV leads without necessarily needing a developer. I was able to train my assistant with ease. For somebody with a small operation that's slowly scaling both a buyer and a seller network, it removed the full technical problem and allowed me to actually focus on the business and maintain my supplier relations rather than the tech side.

Cons

I would say, even though it was a lot simpler and you wouldn't necessarily need a developer, there is still a learning curve for the campaign and filter configurations, and then the customer response time can be faster as well. If there was better onboarding documentation, that would be good.

Our entire experience with the Lead Prosper platform and the team has been positive. From set up, to navigating the UI, to running multiple campaigns and having to make edits on the fly, the system has been key to running our business smoothly.

Pros

The great thing about Lead Prosper is the ease of use. The entire platform is extremely user friendly and any questions or issues we've ever had, their customer support team resolved easily.

Cons

The only con I would say is not being able to export all campaigns at once, they need to be exported individually.

The experience has been very white glove & very well worth the money i've invested into a lead selling / buying software that LeadProsper is.

Pros

I like their customer support the most. Their account manager helped me every step of the way, making sure all campaigns were going through properly & educating me of every nook & cranny in the software that didn't make sense & I was missing out on. Loved the customer support.

Cons

I don't really have anything I least like about LeadProsper except the fact that my setup for some networks was difficult but that was my fault in all honesty & even then the customer support helped me out & everything's smooth & it makes sense now.
