\*The tool works perfectly. \*The Shopvibes team takes care of all APIs. \*They offer solutions to complex situations, for example, we can send the items only once to a marketplace that has presence in different countries without the need to send them once per country. \*Translation feature. \*Super fast communication. They answer to all our E-mails in less then one hour!

Cons

\*There is a lack of ability to import orders through shopvibes to centralize all APIs in one tool. \*APIs are missing for some more "exotic" Marketplaces.

Cons

Bei der Hinterlegung der Partnervorlagen (Excel-Listen) musste sehr viel im Nachgang angepasst werden.

Für uns als noch nicht perfekt digitalisiertes Unternehmen enorme Zeitersparnis für den Vertrieb und Mehrwert für den Kunden, da Produktdaten schneller, korrekter und in angepasster Form zur Verfügung gestellt werden können. TimeTo Market für neue Produkte damit schneller und auch Änderungen können schneller kommuniziert und in den verschiedenen Verkaufskanälen aktualisiert werden.

Pros

..dass endlich alle Produktdaten an einem Ort sind und schnell in unterschiedlichen Kundenformaten exportiert werden können... und der super Kundenservice/ Betreuung von Anfang an. Ein sehr engagiertes Team, das die Branche kennt und hier einen pain point sehr schön löst.

Cons

Die noch recht einfache Benutzeroberfläche ganz zu Beginn, da musste man sich erst einmal reindenken. Aber 2 releases später sieht das jetzt schon ganz ordentlich aus!

Sehr kommunikative und verbindliche Zusammenarbeit, die stetig miteinander wächst und einem so das Leben in einigen Bereichen leichter macht.

Pros

Die Integration war aufgrund unserere umfangreichen und diversifizierten Produktpalette etwas langwieriger, aber absolut lohnenswert. Inzwischen hilft und Shopvibes in der externen Artikelanlage extrem, aber auch in der Vorbereitung etlicher Vertriebsthemen und zum Abgleich unserer Analysen. Die Software entwickelt sich laufend weiter und der Austausch erfolgt immer sehr konstruktiv.

Cons

Aktuell gibt es kaum etwas, was uns speziell fehlt, weil das Team hinter ShopVibes sich den Wünschen und Vorstellungen oft annimmt und Lösungen schafft.
