Pros

Ease of set up, tailored to my requirements. Ease of use. Facilitates greater control, efficiency and insights. Integrated, end to end business support system.

Cons

There was not anything I did not like. I would just re-iterate the points mentioned above.

I work on Jem on a daily basis , its easy to use and easy to show customers how to use it to place orders and view bill summaries.

Pros

\- It's easy to use & easy to show our customers exactly how to use it - Quotes & orders can be tracked easily

Cons

\- The password requirements as not all special characters can be used & when entering a new password it doesn't tell you what is required in your future password - Quotes can be tracked easily - It doesn't allow you to purchase different products for different vendors all at once you have to place multiple orders separately.

Jem has enabled us to build a marketplace for our cybersecurity vendors who wish to offer OpEx services in a clear, easy and simple way to allow for ease of transacting and an overall hassle-free experience for partners. This has allowed us to continually grow as a business and reach partners in the channel we wouldnt of necessarily been able to transact with had we not had this tool in place, aswell as being able help our partners roll out the markets leading technologies to their valued partners. Overall its a great tool and does exactly what we need it to for both vendors and partners alike.

Pros

Jem allows our partners a quick, easy and simple way to transact for all things cybersecurity & networking, it makes the procurement & billing process quick & easy, freeing up time for us to work closer with our partners on development & growth and building their recurring revenue, whilst being able to offer market leading vendors for a hassle free experience.

Cons

Personally for ourselves we would like for the main dashboard to be more interactive eg banners, news section capabilities increased to allow for videos, easier text and image integration for visual aesthetics, the marketplace page tiles need to be smaller, as we are building out more vendors anything below the second line isnt immediately visible, so our only recommended changes would be visuals, as the way the platform works for us is great.
