It's nice to get constant updates. New features are being added to the product, the threat library and infrastructure are successful.
Nice interface, useful brand monitoring features and darkweb monitoring.
It is very nice that it is easy to use and the user-friendly interface is suitable for use by experts of all levels without the need for any training.

Can't directly search for an IP address, domain, or users from the incident search bar to see all the related incidents. Limited Knowledge base documentation.
The support department is weak, the turnaround time for opened registrations is very late.
We cannot reach you in emergencies. They send unnecessary notifications and news during ridiculous night hours.
Accounts that have been leaked are being sold for credit, and leaked accounts are already mixed with accounts that have been reported to us before.

Pros: İt is a powerful tool for outside cyber defense, early information about threats, cyber risks, and data leakage.
Cons: Price negotiations with sales partners are time-consuming.

Overall: Quite useful and robust CTI and threat monitoring tool. With some minor extension it can be a all-in-one tool for such task.
Pros: Nice interface, useful brand monitoring features and darkweb monitoring.
Cons: The notification emails are not very detailed, so you would need to login each time.

Pros: It's nice to get constant updates. New features are being added to the product, the threat library and infrastructure are successful. The interfaces are not bad at all, very ideal. The reporting system and detailed analysis outputs are successful.
Cons: The support department is weak, the turnaround time for opened registrations is very late. The number of false-positive records is also quite high. The information sent via e-mail is not very detailed, more clear information can be added.
"User friendly"
Overall: We are getting all the expected outputs from the CTI platform. It is very nice that it is easy to use and the user-friendly interface is suitable for use by experts of all levels without the need for any training.
Pros: When a cyber intelligence incident occurs, it is very valuable to evaluate the beginning and the end of the incident as a whole and to show that it is with the customer until the last moment.
Cons: The logic of calculating the risk score seems a bit different. I think the logic could be changed to show more accurate results.
