New features are being added to the product, the threat library and infrastructure are successful. The interfaces are not bad at all, very ideal. The reporting system and detailed analysis outputs are successful. Cons The support department is weak, the turnaround time for opened registrations is very late. It is very nice that it is easy to use and the user-friendly interface is suitable for use by experts of all levels without the need for any training. Pros When a cyber intelligence incident occurs, it is very valuable to evaluate the beginning and the end of the incident as a whole and to show that it is with the customer until the last moment. Cons The logic of calculating the risk score seems a bit different. I think the logic could be changed to show more accurate results. Threat intel, provided IOC, incidents (compromised accounts, phishing, etc), regular discovered entities report for your exposed assets are very helpful for our security team to monitor and reduce our risk exposure. Pros We are majorly using Brandefense for Threat Intel and Phishing monitoring for our domains. - Threat intel, reports and provided IOCs are very helpful. - Good for monitoring phishing domains / Brand monitoring for your Domain. - Helps with identified phishing domain takedowns. Cons \- GUI login issues at time due to MFA failures even when providing correct passcodes. Cons Alerts and news are sent too late. For example, when they send a CVE code, it is already out and days have passed. We have difficulty finding people to communicate with in any situation.
