### "Great platform for companies who want to evolve their checkout"

Ingrid is a company with close support to its customers who listen to and take action on your ideas. Their platform has a lot of good features and it's constantly evolving.

Pros

I like that Ingrid is an innovative and actionable company that listen to our challanges and development idéas. The weekly follow up with CSM makes improvement easy! The platform is user friendly and support you in reaching your KPIs.

Cons

Sometimes you can feel that Ingrid is a growing company where the backlog for support tickets increase. Hence response time for smaller issues can take some time to get solved. Support is always great though!

Im happy to work with Ingrid and the team in a management position. They are flexivble and want to adopt and develope roadmap after customer needs.

Pros

They are very inovative in the check-out step and always ahead compared to competitors.

Cons

Its an inovative and young company and are learning and adopting. Sometimes some SOP are not set in advance before launch but they are getting better on that.

Its been both fun and Great collaboration and a software that

Pros

Easy to use and a lot of experiment opportunities in order to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction. We've been able to elevate our freight game since starting to use Ingrid.

Cons

We've had some issues with error messages that we have needed support with that would have been nice to be able to solve ourselves, especial when they are having a big backlog. Always great support though.

Supportive and solution oriented account managers, easy to use, easy to do changes and test new shipping solutions. Overall very good.

Pros

User friendly backoffice, great A/B testing functionality

Cons

No availablity of raw data extraction but I know a analytics solution is on its way

Pros

Simplicity and ease of use, while still offering more advanced possibilities for the more experienced user. Furthermore the support, help and feedback is valued and Ingrid really makes an effort to help their ecom users to succeed and reach their expected targets for the investment. The collaboration with Ingrid doesn't stop after onboarding and go-live, they continue to help out with all future questions and advancements to further advance the customers business.

Cons

Ingrid has some problems, but the biggest one is definitely their current backlog. Bug reporting, integration of new carriers, timeframe from suggestion to implementation of potential future features is a bit too long at the moment. To clarify I want to add that this isn't related to integration, that all worked fine. The issue at hand is after the customer is onboarded, any future addition can take a bit of time.

Ingrid is providing us a really quick support and are always eager to help out whenever needed.

Cons

Have discovered some errors previously regarding extra leadtime when having multiple warehouse. I would also appreciate a "quick guide" on how to do simple changes.

Very happy. Easy to use, fast support and all issues have been solved quickly

Pros

Ease of setup and admin. Most forwarders already available and ready to use with almost no issues when setting up

Cons

I miss some feature on currency to make it possible to just add multiple pricing per currency and not just one setup per currency. Not huge issue, but believe it would make it easier Perhaps also a more "friendly" way to add information lines below the option in checkout

Pros

In a market where freight cost is a huge part of the P&L it´s of great importance to have an integrated solutions for freight checkout and TMS which can bring easy tests and value to the company.

Cons

A lot of functions is included for handling freight alternatives but we will develop many more togheter.
