Cons The one thing I liked least about Morphic was its limited customization options. I found that some of the templates were too restrictive, and I wasn't able to make the changes I wanted without having to edit the code. " March 30, 2024 5.0 So far, we have had a great experience working with Morphic and would recommend the platform to anyone looking to build out a high-quality website without paying the price for a design agency. Pros When building out our website, we were looking at different "DIY" platforms. After spending time on a number of competitor website platforms, we continued to run into headaches as we tried to 'customize' existing templates -- issues only solvable by figuring out the code. Morphic offered the same 'DIY' option as the others, but was much more customizable and dynamic. Morphic allows us to easily make changes to our website while still maintaining strong site performance. If you are frustrated with the DIY solutions on the market, but are not looking to spend a significant amount with a design agency, Morphic is a great solution. Cons Occasionally I have run into a bug when making edits, but the Morphic team is very quick to respond and address these minor issues. That process was very fast, even accounting for learning a new software after always using other providers in the past. Anytime I ran into an issue or something I didn't understand, Morphic's customer service was able to answer my questions, sometimes within minutes. We will be redesigning our website again this coming year to better reflect our refined strategy and I am looking forward to being able to use some of the more advanced AI tools that will be part of the platform. Pros The two things I like most about Morphic are the incredibly fast customer service response time with high quality help when I need it and the ever evolving platform that is beginning to integrate AI software into the design process to make building or editing our existing website even faster. Cons Morphic templates and blocks have a more defined structure than some other providers, which helps to cut down on unintended formatting issues across devices, but lacks some of the high degree of flexibility that some other providers offer.
