De maneira geral, a experiência está muito boa e satisfatória, restanto apenas pequenos ajustes para que o serviço seja cada vez melhor.

Tempo estabelecido para resposta do Webhook está muito curto, 10 segundos apenas, para processamento maior de dados, isso é ruim

A facilidade de uso e os gráficos intuitívos ajudam o operador iniciante a ganhar confiança rapidamente

Cons

A falta de um recurso específico no chatbot não me permitiu inlcluir uma função na nossa rotina. Usei a funcão agendamento para contornar.

O atendimento é rápido, só as sugestões dadas poderiam ser mais rápidas para implementação. Mas no geral, é muito bom.

Versatilidade bem grande. Atendendo de modo satisaftório às exigências do mercado hoje e por um preço mais acessível do que outras plataformas do memso nicho

As sugestões dadas poderiam ser implementadas com maior agilidade. E um ponto a ser lavado em consideração é a questão da conexão com a API oficial da Meta. Não há sincronia 100%

Satisfeita com a plataforma no geral. O Umbler Talk atende bem às necessidades de atendimento e automação, com boa usabilidade. Os pontos negativos são pontuais e não comprometem a experiência como um todo.

Pros

Facilidade e organização são os pontos mais fortes da plataforma. A interface é intuitiva, o gerenciamento dos atendimentos é prático e a visualização dos fluxos de chatbot é clara e bem estruturada.

Cons

O principal problema encontrado foi no envio de mensagens pela API, que apresentou instabilidades durante a integração com sistemas externos. Esse ponto impacta diretamente a automação dos atendimentos e merece atenção da equipe técnica.

Excepcional, um ótimo time de suporte que normalmente tem um bom tempo de resposta e qualidade na ajuda prestada. Além disso, possuí muitas ferramentas que melhoram seu controle e gestão de conversas com os clientes, potencializando suas vendas e etc.

Pros

Ótima centralização e controle para operações de vendas e serviços, nas quais possuem diversos setores e números de celulares que necessitam de contato direto com os clientes. Além disso, conta com ótimas ferramentas de automatização, como chatbots e agentes de I.A.

Cons

Constante manutenção dos servidores devido a mudanças da meta, o que não é culpa da plataforma, contudo, atrapalha o usuário devido as interrupções que ocorrem provenientes dessas manutenções. Além disso, o sistema de notificações que aparecem na tela/navegador (pop-up) poderia ser melhor, o usuário não é notificado sobre transferências, marcações internas de outros atendentes e algumas outras funcionalidades.

Muito boa a experiência com a empresa. Sempre que precisei do suporte me atenderam muito bem e com agilidade.

Pros

Na Umbler o que mais gostei foi a possibilidade de trazer mais agilidade no atendimento, por meio de filtro de etiquetas, respostas rápidas e organização.

Cons

O que menos gostei na Umbler é a sincronização, em grande parte a mensagem custa enviar, da erro e tenho que conectar tudo novamente.

Talk, em geral, funcionamento da plataforma, visual e vastas funcionalidades dentro da conversa, além de todas as opções contidas, a plataforma é leve, rápida, inteligente e, que até o momento zero bugs, o agente de IA , suporte quando acionado, retornam praticamente de forma instantânea, com soluções efetivas, atendentes capacitados, sempre bem dispostos e educados.

Cons

Acredito que se algum dia for viável para vossa empresa, implementar maior possibilidade de realizar chamadas de vídeos com os atendentes para exemplificação em plataforma teste, do atendente para nós clientes.
