Resume search would be better if keywords were searched in entire resume rather than only keywords section.

Pros

It is user friendly and doesn't need much time and efforts.

Cons

While adding a new candidate profile, it captures many keywords in Skills column which actually are not relevant most of the times. We have to manually delete and add keywords in this column.
