He walked me through all of the trouble shooting necessary, and when that didn't work he sent me a new EZ-AD tv box without question and it arrived rapidly. It has been working since I set up the tv on the 31st of December. I also appreciated the follow up from the second gentleman that called. Cons We had various problems with that unit and when the troubleshooting didn't work he sent me a new EZ-AD tv box without question and it arrived rapidly. It's been working ever since. Not all customers want to speak with sales staff, and sometimes staff can be temporarily occupied. EZ-AD solves for both. In addition, our EZ-AD salesperson is patient, helpful and readily available. If Dale doesn't have an immediate answer, he will find it and get back to me immediately. The customer service has been impeccable. Pros It's hard to say - tie between ease of use and the YouTube uploader. Both are extremely helpful. This is honestly a plug-in-and-go solution. Very pleased! Cons I'm hoping at some point they'll add search capability for images we've uploaded. The scrolling is tedious - I find it faster to re-upload and simply delete older images every once in a while. It would also be helpful to us if pre-made backgrounds were fully changeable - all text, not just some text - and if we could swap backgrounds without changing the rest of the image. We often repeat products on sale - if I could swap the pre-made background only, that would be very useful. Reasons for choosing EZ-AD The intuitive layout, simple changeability, available library and YouTube component were all deciding factors.
