Overal it is pleasant to use and it is responsive. I like it, it is simple, no complications and there is no extra tool or complicacy. Just a few glitches in the default visibility that I am sure you can solve it easily.

Pros

The app is smooth and it is easy to use and when I want to adjust or modify it is quick and I don't have any issue with the reservation and modifying it.

Cons

The platform visual lags and it needs improvement. the default setting might not be compatible with the device of the user. Even when I received the pop up about this survey even though I am using my laptop and screen, I had to zoom out to find the button to push and enter the survey.

Overall its a good expierence i would recommend if you don't have only one table to work on on everyday bases

Pros

Its easy to use and self explainatory. I'm using mostly the mobile app an i love it. Its easy to book a table in advanced. Sadly we aren't using parking management or at least i am not using the visitor management. As far as i know the customer support is verry good and responsive. And the app has a good price/use value.

Cons

Sometime my main place to work is switched after an update? Idk why its not on everyone but this annoys me a little bit.

The use is pretty intuitive. We use only the workplace booking. Pretty simple usage. Each day I get 2 reminders. One for today and one for tomorrow. I‘d like to know where I can customize these.

Pros

Quick overview of colleagues. Who sits where. And you can even see if the person is already checked in.

Cons

It is somewhar clunky on mobile phone. Sometimes your setting just reset. I dislike that I have to reallow the camera use each time I want to scan the QR-Code.

My experience has been great so far, I would recommend Dibsido application to everyone. It feels very easy to use

Pros

Easy to use, transparent, able to coordinate with colleagues. Easy for managers to see presence of people.

Cons

I sometimes forget to check in. Also the issue with apps such as this is that the office might seem fully booked in the evening, but it is half empty the next day

Dibsido is helpful to book your desk for one or more days. You can book place for all day or a part and, if you do not check in, places will be available in 30 minutes. Website should be more mobile friendly

Pros

You can easily plan your bookings in a couple of weeks. You can plan the time and, activating the pin, you find the number of your desk.

Cons

It is a bit tricky when you need to change your desk. Website does not seem to be so mobile friendly.maybe improve how to understand how much time is booked a place. The icon is the same if I book from 09:30 to 18:00 or from 09 to 13:00

The web and mobile app has come a long way in the last year and has become a solid enterprise experience. Great app. Would highly recommend.

Pros

Booking hotdesks and meeting rooms across multiple sites and floors is easy, and the flexibility of list or map view is beneficial based on the constraints you need for each. Finding colleagues is useful for locating people.

Cons

Timezone management could be more transparent. I find that the correct timezone is show for a room, but the reservation appears at a different time sometimes.

Overall experience is good and no major setbacks for the application itself. It is even better as it runs on a browser while opening the application

Pros

It is really easy to book and use the application. Logging into the application also seems to be seamless and with no issues

Cons

QR scanning can be improved. It takes time for the app to recognise the QR and confirm the check it. Also it's better to remove the target area where the QR needs to be placed. It would be better if the camera can read the QR from any covered area of the camera
