We use only the workplace booking. Pretty simple usage. Each day I get 2 reminders. One for today and one for tomorrow. I‘d like to know where I can customize these. **Pros:** Quick overview of colleagues. Who sits where. And you can even see if the person is already checked in. **Cons:** It is somewhar clunky on mobile phone. Sometimes your setting just reset. I dislike that I have to reallow the camera use each time I want to scan the QR-Code. It feels very easy to use **Pros:** Easy to use, transparent, able to coordinate with colleagues. Easy for managers to see presence of people. **Cons:** I sometimes forget to check in.
