Pros SNF Metrics is very easy to use. Coming from someone who used this type of tool on paper to utilizing this tool simplifies the process dramatically. Its faster, easier and not a problem to use. Cons The only con i have is when I’m in attachments and opening an attachment, the window that opens is in the same window i am in. So if i close the window I close out the program and not just the attachment. Pros The pull down menus make completing the form a breeze. All of the info is pre-populated and makes finding the names of the personnel easy when you are not sure of the exact spelling. Cons Some of the sections that have an answer that is required do not have a choice that I would pick. Some extra "other" boxes with a fill-in-the-field section would be helpful. Pros I like that we can create customizable reports. It is very user friendly and easy on the eyes visually. Cons I dislike that many times it takes substantial amount of time for reports to load. Pros User-friendly and easy-to-use, SNF METRICS is a great tool. There are so many reporting features available on SNF Metric that make it easy for me to view all the data and reporting I need. Cons In areas that need improvement, the system takes several minutes to update my data after I write a note. The whole system is built with the understanding of what each department needs and it is super helpful. Pros It it extremely organized and there are many reports that helps me understand how the homes are doing financially and gives me a clear print out of the financial aspect of each payer and all residents.
